I envy Northern Samar in promoting their product. If you search for Eastern Samar, no products are listed.
I hope there is something that we can do about this...
I happened to see an exhibit in SM Cebu last night featuring the OTOP in all regions and the slot for Eastern samar was
a vacant space... except for 2 or 3 VCO product and the Calicoan Beach in Guiuan. I hope there could be more...
